I bought air tickets with TIX from Amsterdam to Brazil. They canceled the trip for no reason and generated a voucher. Then I tried to use this voucher, buying another trip to Brazil for the same period, I needed to add a value to complete the new value, which was more expensive and again it was canceled for no reason. Tried to use it a third time, for different destinations and again it was canceled for no reason. They said they would refund but never did.
